Mumbai, 25 January Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra on Monday suggested the right yoga poses to reduce stress and improve core strength and flexibility of hip joints and legs.
Shilpa shared a video on Twitter, in which she can be seen performing a posture called Naukasana.
While captioning the video, he wrote, for almost a year, in one way or the other, we are all in rough water. For me, the best way to beat stress is to occasionally pose or sail a boat. Doing this will remove many disorders of your body.
